Premarital Counseling
The time between your engagement and your wedding is an important and wonderful time to focus on your relationship and prepare for your marriage. Premarital counseling provides you with wisdom and insights into your relationship as well as skills that will give you confidence and stability as a couple. Ample time for counseling prior to the wedding is encouraged. It is suggested that your counseling be completed 3 months prior to the wedding if at all possible. A free 6-month follow up appointment is a wedding gift to you!
Marital Counseling
Whether you are coming to marriage counseling for a tune up or serious issues let’s work together to build your marriage into the relationship you desire. Couples are seen together for the first appointment. We may have occasional individual sessions. Come with an open mind, a willingness to learn and grow and a desire to deepen your relationship.
Sex Therapy
Sex therapy is available for issues related to desire, pain and orgasmic difficulties. You are typically seen with your spouse for the first visit. If there is a possibility of a medical issue you will be referred for a medical evaluation before sex therapy begins. The process of sex therapy requires that you make a commitment to regular appointments.
You are asked to complete the sexual history form and return it to the office at least 3 days prior to your first appointment.
Counseling for Those in Ministry
Working in ministry brings a unique set of blessings and challenges. Self-awareness and relationship skills are critical. You will be seen in the strictest confidence or in collaboration with your ministry team.
